JOURNAL ARTICLE. Paul’s Relational Grammar: The Role of Differentiated Prepositions in Paul’s Theological Method
This full journal article investigates how Paul uses differentiated grammatical relations—especially expressions such as “from,” “through,” “in,” and “toward”—to construct theological meaning rather than merely decorate ideas already formed. Focusing particularly on 1 Corinthians 11:11–12 and its relationship to 1 Corinthians 8:6, it argues that Paul’s sequence of relations preserves distinction, dependence, mediation, and ultimate divine source without collapsing them into a single category such as hierarchy, equality, or mutuality. The study develops a method of relational grammar and visible synthesis, asking theological interpretation to preserve the wording, sequence, and differentiated relations through which Paul himself builds his argument. >CLICK HERE<
